Converting into Not-For-Profit

In Touch Ent. Inc. CEO is considering in converting the company into not-for-profit organization. Reasons are; to focus on community programs geared toward actions against violence, offering assistance through entertainment Music, Dance, & Acting in building self esteem/leadership qualities in youth as well as family, offer assistance to students entering into college as well as families needing funding for legal representation for court purposes.

What is your advice on this topic of concern? Is it a good route?

Opinion on Transexual being admitted into beauty pageant

A female can never compare to a man and a man can never compare to a female. Should there be considerations in pageants in letting transexuals enlist into the same category? I think that there should be a limit. How about you?

Meaning of a Foundation

I started my incorporation 3 yrs ago and I am happy that I did. I encourage entrepreneurship because without it how would one be able to complete their inner desires to be free and express the skills. I have learned that in business you are ALONE and will have to do ALL duties. My company's foundation involves entertainment in promoting acting,singing, and modeling. Not until 2012 did I realize my true definitions in how to impact society with entertainment. 2012 is the year the In Touch Entertainment INC. has been converted into a not for profit organization.
